Jennifer Durda, Chief Operating Officer

With over 18 years of experience in operations and leadership, Jennifer Durda specializes in transforming organizations through process improvement, strategic planning, and people-centered leadership. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Eason & Tambornini where she partners with firm leadership to streamline operations and drive business growth.

Previously, Jennifer served as Chief Operating Officer at law firms in the greater Sacramento area, where she directed operations, financial management, and human resources, while mentoring teams and cultivating a collaborative workplace culture. Her earlier career includes leadership roles in corporate administration, where she successfully guided companies through growth phases, strengthened HR practices, and enhanced brand presence through marketing initiatives.

Jennifer earned her MBA from Louisiana State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from California State University, Stanislaus. She is also a Certified Lean Practitioner and holds professional certificates in Human Resource Management as well as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace.
