Rando earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall). He began his legal career at a law firm that primarily represented insurance companies. The experience provided him with a unique understanding of how insurance carriers evaluate and defend claims. He continues to draw upon that knowledge today when representing injured workers and individuals pursuing claims against insurance companies.
